Cocinero/a – Hotel Royal Hideaway Corales Resort

About the role

We are looking for a motivated cook (Cocinero/a) to join the kitchen team at the Royal Hideaway Corales Resort. The successful candidate will work under the Head Chef, preparing dishes according to the resort’s menu specifications and ensuring high standards of quality and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare all recipes using the technical sheets of the established menu rotation.
• Ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen and report to the Head Chef.
• Assist in cost control, inventory management and purchasing activities.
• Participate in cleaning, preservation, cooking, reheating and restocking of food items.
• Support receipt and storage of food supplies following established procedures.
• Carry out tasks in compliance with current safety and hygiene legislation.

Required profile

• Higher‑level training in Cooking and Gastronomy (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior).
• Completed HACCP (APPCC) course.
• Minimum one year of experience in a similar kitchen position.
• No language requirement; basic hospitality knowledge is valued.
• Team‑oriented, creative, able to work under stress and resolve unexpected issues.
• Meticulous in task execution.
