Cocinero/a – Hotel Sevilla Renacimiento

About the role

We are looking for a motivated cook to join the kitchen team at the Barceló Sevilla Renacimiento hotel. You will work under the Head Chef, ensuring high‑quality food preparation for our guests in a dynamic hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare all recipes according to the technical sheets of the established menu rotation.
• Ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen and report to the Head Chef.
• Assist in cost control, inventory management and purchasing activities.
• Participate in cleaning, preservation, cooking, regeneration and replenishment of food items.
• Support the receipt and storage of food supplies following established standards and orders.
• Carry out tasks in compliance with safety, hygiene and current legislation.

Required profile

• Higher vocational training in Cooking and Gastronomy (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior).
• APPCC/HACCP certification.
• Minimum two years of experience in a similar kitchen position.
• Team‑working ability and creativity to solve unexpected situations.

Required skills

• HACCP (food safety) knowledge.
