Cocinero/a para Royal Hideaway Sancti Petri

About the role

We are looking for a motivated cook to join the kitchen team at Royal Hideaway Sancti Petri, a luxury resort in Cádiz. You will work under the supervision of the Head Chef, ensuring high‑quality food preparation in line with our standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare all dishes according to the technical sheets of the established menu rotation.
• Maintain smooth kitchen operations and support the Head Chef in daily tasks.
• Assist with cost control, inventory management and purchasing activities.
• Participate in cleaning, preservation, cooking, regeneration and restocking of food items.
• Receive and store food supplies following established safety and hygiene procedures.
• Carry out duties in compliance with current safety, hygiene and labor regulations.

Required profile

• Higher Vocational Training in Cooking and Gastronomy (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior).
• Completed HACCP (APPCC) course.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar kitchen position.
• No language requirement; Spanish is sufficient.
• Team‑oriented, creative, able to handle stress and solve unexpected issues with precision.
