Community Manager & Consumer Care Specialist (German)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Community Manager & Consumer Care Specialist to coordinate and manage direct communication across all digital channels. The role focuses on maintaining high customer satisfaction by proactively engaging with consumers and supporting our client’s social media presence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the monthly calendar for the client’s social networks and act as the main point of contact.
• Publish the monthly content plan, respond to comments and queries, and strengthen consumer relationships.
• Handle customer‑care channels via email and phone, and promote content on social media.
• Participate in team meetings, report project status, and contribute to content creation.
• Produce monthly quantitative and qualitative performance reports for Social Media and Care.
• Research emerging trends on social platforms to inspire new content ideas.

Required profile

• Experience managing social networks and staying up‑to‑date with digital trends.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and passionate about helping consumers.
• Strong interpersonal skills and enjoyment of customer service.
• C2 proficiency in German and English; additional language (e.g., Spanish) is a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and work full‑time in Spain.
