Community Manager – User Engagement

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Community Manager to build, grow and engage our global user base. Based in our Lisbon office, you will work closely with product, marketing and support teams to create a vibrant, inclusive community around our AI‑powered Personal & Entrepreneurial Resource Planner.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute community engagement strategies to increase user participation.
• Moderate forums, social media groups and discussion platforms, responding to questions and fostering positive interactions.
• Organise and promote community events, webinars and Q&A sessions.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and support teams to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Monitor and analyse engagement metrics, adjusting tactics to improve results.
• Identify and activate brand advocates, ambassadors and super‑users.
• Maintain community guidelines and policies to keep the space safe and welcoming.

Required profile

• Approximately 3+ years of experience in community management, social media or customer engagement.
• Proven ability to manage online communities on platforms such as Discord, Reddit, Facebook Groups or Slack.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for inspiring users.
• Experience planning and executing community‑driven events.
• Capability to handle sensitive situations, mediate conflicts and enforce guidelines.
