Continuous Improvement Manager

About the role

This position is a strategic operating role within RBC, focused on driving transformational change through process improvement and optimization. You will work closely with senior leaders to enhance client satisfaction, reduce costs, and increase productivity across banking operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects that generate organizational efficiencies and simplify operations for employees and clients.
• Identify and prioritize continuous‑improvement opportunities, engaging senior leaders to evaluate impact.
• Conduct root‑cause analyses, develop solutions, and track the effectiveness of initiatives across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Support Single Service Centres by coordinating and prioritising improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops, deliver business partner presentations, and manage change‑management activities.

Required profile

• University degree in Management, Business, Economics, Finance or a related field.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, communication and decision‑making abilities.
• Broad understanding of RBC banking operations and interdependencies of Sales & Service.
• Strategic influencing skills.
