Corporate FP&A Analyst – Planning

About the role

We are looking for a Corporate FP&A Analyst – Planning to join Codeway’s finance team in Barcelona. Reporting to the Director of FP&A, you will own the master consolidation, corporate budgeting and support strategic decision‑making for our growing portfolio of mobile apps.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile the corporate 3‑statement long‑range plan and monthly forecasts.
• Drive the corporate top‑down and bottom‑up budgeting process across all app‑level P&L owners.
• Produce and monitor 13‑week rolling cash‑flow forecasts and manage short‑term liquidity.
• Build, audit and enhance multi‑variable driver‑based financial models in Excel using the Claude for Excel add‑in.
• Collaborate with data and ERP teams on Looker, NetSuite and other data sources to ensure data alignment.
• Support strategic analysis of portfolio expansions, capital deployment and covenant tracking.
• Participate in the migration of financial planning tools to modern platforms such as Pigment or Anaplan.

Required profile

• Strong corporate finance background with experience in long‑range planning, budgeting and cash‑flow management.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, digital‑native environment and communicating via Slack, Notion and Google Workspace.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into clear insights for senior stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel modeling, including driver‑based models and use of Claude for Excel.
• Experience with modern EPM tools such as Pigment or Anaplan.
• Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Looker) and cloud ERP systems like NetSuite.
• Understanding of B2C mobile metrics such as ROAS, LTV, CAC and cohort analysis.
