Corporate Quality Specialist – Automotive

About the role

EBRO is expanding its Corporate Quality organization to support the relaunch of its iconic automotive brand in Spain and international markets. The role will contribute to product, process and customer‑centric quality excellence across the value chain.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure robustness, reliability and performance of products and processes.
• Coordinate quality activities across product development, industrialisation, after‑sales and logistics.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and KPI monitoring.
• Manage field quality issues, warranty claims and customer incident resolution.
• Support supplier, manufacturing and logistics quality audits.
• Collaborate with HQ and local teams to align quality standards.

Required profile

• Experience in automotive quality, corporate quality, after‑sales, manufacturing or supplier quality.
• Strong technical understanding and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Data‑driven mindset with solid analytical skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in fast‑paced, international environments.
• Business fluency in Spanish and English.
