Country Director, Iberia - Parking Business Unit

About the role

Arrive is looking for a Country Director for its Parking Business Unit (Distribution EU/UK) based in Madrid. Reporting directly to the Regional Director, you will be the primary local representative of Arrive, aligning with global objectives while navigating local market dynamics. You will lead the business toward ambitious revenue targets, strengthen client relationships and expand the market footprint.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a country-specific sales and business development strategy to grow revenue and market share
• Lead, mentor and inspire a diverse sales team in a collaborative, inclusive environment
• Oversee the sales cycle and account management to build long-term client partnerships
• Work with global and regional teams in operations, finance, HR and marketing to keep local operations efficient and compliant
• Act as cultural and business ambassador, building relationships with government bodies, key clients and industry stakeholders

Required profile

• 8-12+ years of progressive experience in sales and business development, with 3-5+ years in a senior leadership or country management role (mobility, B2G, B2B or technology preferred)
• Proven track record of hitting sales targets, managing P&L and operational budgets and driving business growth
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field (Master's preferred)
• Fluency in English and the local language of the country
