CRM Customer Engagement Lead

About the role

Valsea is looking for a CRM Customer Engagement Lead to head the non‑automation CRM functions. You will manage a team of CRM Campaign Coordinators, a VIP Agent and a Sportsbook Coordinator, driving strategy, segmentation, execution and performance of all customer engagement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Customer Engagement team, ensuring alignment across Automation, Campaign Management, VIP, and Sportsbook functions.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy to boost engagement, retention and revenue.
• Oversee end‑to‑end customer segmentation, triggered communications and mass campaigns.
• Coordinate campaign plans across brands and customer segments.
• Ensure VIP and Sportsbook communications are personalized, timely and high‑impact.
• Utilize the Smartico platform to streamline operations, improve segmentation and monitor performance.
• Monitor KPIs, analyse results and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain compliance with data‑protection, privacy and industry regulations.
• Collaborate with Content, Design, Product and Data teams to maximise ROI.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field (preferred).
• Proactive, highly organised and detail‑oriented.
• Strong problem‑solving and multitasking abilities.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM or marketing roles.
