Customer Experience Agent

About the role

As a Customer Experience Agent you will be the main point of contact for shippers, customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth end‑to‑end shipment handling. Based in Valencia, you will join a global logistics leader and help deliver seamless logistics solutions worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the full shipment lifecycle, coordinating with all relevant stakeholders.
• Provide timely, professional responses to queries from shippers, customers, Key Account Managers and other parties.
• Maintain a customer‑centric approach, proactively preventing errors and reducing recurrence.
• Prepare and submit accurate documentation while keeping stakeholders informed of shipment status.
• Support customer retention by identifying cross‑selling and upselling opportunities.
• Participate in regular customer conference calls to ensure seamless operations.
• Partner with Key Account Managers and Commercial teams to strengthen relationships.
• Follow customer‑specific SOPs and monitor relevant KPIs.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in logistics, supply chain or related fields.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Team‑player attitude with a collaborative mindset.
• Results‑oriented and customer‑service focused.
