Customer Experience Representative

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Customer Experience Representative to be the primary point of contact for our EUR‑Taste division in Barcelona. You will support the supply chain by managing orders, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience for both internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and monitor customer orders, manage documentation, release orders, track shipments and maintain records.
• Provide regular updates on order status to customers and internal teams, highlighting any issues.
• Handle inquiries, returns and claims, resolving problems promptly.
• Identify obstacles in the fulfillment process and coordinate corrective actions with relevant parties.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis of order failures and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Translate customer expectations into actionable insights for internal stakeholders.
• Produce and maintain KPI reports, support scorecard preparation and participate in client meetings.
• Develop improvement recommendations for the Customer Experience Manager and monitor systems for optimisation opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in customer service and/or order management.
• Pro‑active, positive attitude, responsible and eager to learn.
• Strong communication skills and ability to resolve issues effectively.
• Comfortable networking across a large, global organization.
