Customer Onboarding Manager – Italian & French Speaking

About the role

Beyond is seeking a Customer Onboarding Manager who speaks Italian and French to guide new clients through the adoption of our Revenue Management System. You will ensure customers understand and effectively use our platform to maximize revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Train and educate customers on revenue‑management best practices and how to use Beyond Pricing.
• Drive early product adoption by highlighting key features from day one.
• Enable customers to become confident and autonomous users of the platform.
• Manage the onboarding timeline, ensuring all tasks are completed by both customers and internal teams.
• Launch customers efficiently to strengthen relationships, improve retention, and boost satisfaction.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Beyond’s product suite, integrations, and pricing algorithm.
• Customize onboarding approaches to match each client’s goals.
• Collaborate with Product, Support, and Sales teams for a seamless experience.
• Represent the customer voice to the Product team, sharing insights and feature requests.
