Customer Service Agent – French Speaking

About the role

This position supports the sales department by managing the end‑to‑end Order to Delivery process. As the first point of contact for customers, the agent ensures service level excellence while handling French‑language inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily customer service activities to guarantee high‑quality service.
• Create and monitor sales order fulfillment, ensuring order accuracy and alignment with forecasts.
• Track order status, delivery, pick & pack, invoicing and related documentation.
• Resolve issues from order entry through invoice and cash collection.
• Provide internal and external customers with information on OTB processes and status.
• Collaborate with Supply Planning, Distribution, Finance and Sales & Marketing to meet objectives.
• Maintain accurate customer and material master data to prevent complaints and returns.
• Act as the central contact for customer queries and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar customer service or order‑fulfillment role.
• Fluent French (C1) and at least intermediate English and Spanish (B2+).
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage conflicting priorities.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Required skills

• SAP SD module knowledge (or JDE).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
