About the role
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative fluent in Dutch and French to join an international team. The position is on‑site and involves providing assistance to customers in both languages.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch and French.
- Maintain a customer‑oriented attitude while solving problems.
Required profile
- Fluent in Dutch and French.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Previous customer support experience (a plus).
- Problem‑solving mindset.

What we offer
- Annual salary of €21,000.
- Annual bonus of €4,000.
- Relocation support.
- Full‑time schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 (39 hours/week).
