Customer Service Specialist – English Speaker

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join an international industrial company in Valencia. The role involves handling customer inquiries in English and Spanish, coordinating international orders, and ensuring a seamless sales‑to‑delivery experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer emails and calls in English and Spanish.
• Process orders, maintain accurate data in ERP/CRM, and track delivery status.
• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, providing quotations and after‑sales support.
• Collaborate with sales, logistics, production, and finance teams to resolve issues.
• Manage complaints, incidents, and delivery delays proactively.
• Keep customer records, order files, and commercial documentation up to date.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of service processes.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, sales support, back‑office or order management.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
• Experience in an industrial, manufacturing, logistics, or technical environment is a plus.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving abilities and high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using ERP and/or CRM systems.
