Customer Solution Architect – Americas

About the role

Supabase is looking for a Customer Solution Architect (CSA) to drive platform adoption across startups and enterprise customers in the Americas. You will own the end‑to‑end customer journey, from discovery to proof‑of‑value and long‑term success.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery to uncover business and technical objectives and define success criteria.
• Design, build, and present Supabase platform demos and proof‑of‑value implementations.
• Guide new customers through onboarding using docs, webinars, and hands‑on support.
• Provide architecture assessments, database design, and performance optimization for high‑value accounts.
• Act as an internal champion, feeding customer feedback to Product, Support, and Engineering.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in solutions architecture, database engineering, or related fields.
• Strong communication skills to translate business needs into technical outcomes.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and drive consensus.
• Experience with project‑management and revenue‑operations tools such as HubSpot and BigQuery.

• PostgreSQL or MySQL relational databases
• Python, C# programming languages
• JavaScript frameworks: React, Vue, Svelte
• Node.js runtime environment
• HubSpot and BigQuery familiarity
