Customer Support Agent – Dutch – Emergency Response (Night Shift)

About the role

Join Bosch Service Solutions in Barcelona as a Dutch‑speaking Customer Support Agent focused on emergency response for premium customers. You will work night shifts, providing immediate assistance to vehicle occupants and coordinating follow‑up actions.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to emergency calls triggered by vehicle accident data and contact occupants promptly.
• Coordinate roadside assistance, arrange replacement vehicles, hotels, or onward mobility when needed.
• Track stolen vehicles using GPS data and support customers in recovering their assets.

Required profile

• Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written) and proficient in English.
• Willingness to work the night‑shift schedule (00:00‑08:00, 7 days a week).
• Strong communication skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a willingness to help in emergency situations.
