Customer Support Specialist – English & German – Remote (Spain)

About the role

We are looking for an English‑ and German‑speaking Customer Support Specialist to join Alphanumeric’s remote team in Spain. The role supports a leading global pharmaceutical company, handling commercial inquiries, temperature and storage excursions, and triaging medical questions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accurate, personalized responses to commercial and logistics inquiries via phone, email and chat.
• Answer FAQs and on‑label information, and identify medical information requests for escalation.
• Detect and document potential adverse events and product quality complaints.
• Support North‑America shift when required, adapting to different time zones.
• Maintain detailed records in the company’s CRM system.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and German (mandatory).
• Based in Spain with legal right to work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field (preferred) or 2‑5 years relevant experience.
• 2+ years experience in pharma/biotech call‑center or medical/commercial support.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
