Customer Support Specialist (English/German/French) – Remote, Spain

About the role

Alphanumeric is seeking a trilingual Customer Support Specialist to provide high‑quality assistance to a leading pharmaceutical client. The role is fully remote within Spain and involves handling commercial, temperature and storage inquiries, as well as medical information triage.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries about commercial topics, temperature excursions and storage conditions.
• Provide answers to FAQs and on‑label information, escalating medical queries to the appropriate department.
• Identify and document potential adverse events (AEs) and product quality complaints (PQCs).
• Support pharma/biotech call‑center operations, including logistics and order‑to‑cash coordination.
• Adapt to shift schedules, including possible North‑America coverage, to meet global service needs.

Required profile

• Fluent in English, German and French (spoken and written).
• Legal right to work in Spain and currently residing in the country.
• 2‑5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in pharma/biotech call centers or medical/commercial environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field is preferred.
• Flexibility to attend training across different time zones.

Required skills

• Experience with AWS Connect and Salesforce Health/Service Cloud (preferred).
• Proficiency with Windows OS and Microsoft Office suite.
• Comfortable using PC hardware (laptops, desktops, printers).
• Familiarity with contact‑center telephony systems.
