About the role
We are seeking a full‑time Customer Support Specialist who speaks French to join our dynamic team in Barcelona. You will help customers troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while delivering a personalized experience that keeps satisfaction at the forefront.
Key responsibilities
- Provide product information and technical/administrative support via phone and email.
- Manage customer expectations proactively and ensure timely resolution of inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce, updating the CRM with all relevant interaction details.
- Collaborate with peers and cross‑functional teams to deliver well‑researched answers.
- Contribute to a team dedicated to the France region, reporting to the Regional Team Leader.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a similar customer support role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in French and fluent English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer‑centric attitude.
- Ability to work both proactively and reactively under pressure while following defined processes.
- Team player with a willingness to learn new products and technologies.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
