Customer Support Specialist (French Speaker)

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Customer Support Specialist who speaks French to join our dynamic team in Barcelona. You will help customers troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while delivering a personalized experience that keeps satisfaction at the forefront.

Key responsibilities

• Provide product information and technical/administrative support via phone and email.
• Manage customer expectations proactively and ensure timely resolution of inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce, updating the CRM with all relevant interaction details.
• Collaborate with peers and cross‑functional teams to deliver well‑researched answers.
• Contribute to a team dedicated to the France region, reporting to the Regional Team Leader.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a similar customer support role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in French and fluent English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer‑centric attitude.
• Ability to work both proactively and reactively under pressure while following defined processes.
• Team player with a willingness to learn new products and technologies.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
