Customs Internship – Discover II Program 2026/2027

About the role

Join Airbus Spain for an 11‑month full‑time Customs Internship as part of the Discover II graduate program (2026‑2027). You will combine a master‑level training block with hands‑on experience in customs operations, supporting Airbus’s import and export activities.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor KPIs of the customs service provider.
• Supervise customs procedures to ensure compliance with Spanish Ministry of Economy regulations and minimise duties and VAT.
• Coordinate with the IT department to update the customs IT system according to new business and legal requirements.
• Manage, analyse and report customs payments.
• Handle licences in coordination with Export Control.
• Prepare and submit Intrastat declarations.
• Provide internal customs advice to Contracts, Procurement, Transport, Logistics, Supply Chain and Export Control teams.
• Address legal questions related to customs and excise tax.
• Support the development of customs processes for Airbus Spain.

Required profile

• Degree in International Business or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level).
• Strong communication skills, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
