Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst

About the role

Santander Digital Services is seeking a Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst to join its Boadilla office. The analyst will support the global CTI function, turning threat intelligence into strategic foresight that helps the organisation stay resilient against evolving cyber threats.

Key responsibilities

• Perform static and dynamic malware analysis to extract tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) and indicators of compromise (IOCs).
• Extract TTPs from both redacted sources and raw files.
• Analyze threat campaigns using the Cyber Kill Chain and Diamond Model frameworks.
• Enrich and disseminate intelligence to executive leadership, cyber defence, fraud teams, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to prioritize threats and improve overall security posture.

Required profile

• Proven experience in cyber threat intelligence, preferably in a senior or lead capacity.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate technical findings into actionable business insights.
• Excellent communication skills for reporting to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
