Cybersecurity Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst to join our international Shared Service Centre in Madrid. The role will focus on protecting the organisation’s digital assets through proactive monitoring, incident response, and compliance support.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage security alerts, incidents, and SOC operations.
• Administer MFA, EDR, and endpoint security solutions.
• Manage vulnerabilities, endpoint hardening, and remediation activities.
• Support GDPR compliance and data‑protection initiatives.
• Prepare technical security documentation and contribute to awareness and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Higher Degree or Bachelor’s in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in Cybersecurity, Security Operations or similar roles.
• Experience in SOC operations, security monitoring, incident response, MFA administration and EDR/endpoint security.
• Knowledge of endpoint hardening, vulnerability management, risk assessment, remediation tracking and GDPR.
• Ability to create technical documentation and security reports.
• Fluent English (minimum B2/C1).
