Cybersecurity Manager – Hybrid

About the role

EY is looking for a senior‑level Cybersecurity Manager to lead and deliver complex security engagements for multinational clients. The role combines project leadership, deep SOC expertise, and strong client‑facing skills in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end cybersecurity projects, ensuring scope, schedule, quality and budget are met.
• Plan, execute, monitor and control project activities, including resource planning, risk management and dependency tracking.
• Serve as the primary client contact, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Manage engagement budgets, forecast revenue, track costs and support commercial governance.
• Drive governance routines such as status reporting, steering committees and escalation management.
• Apply SOC knowledge – incident detection, response, threat monitoring, SIEM and operational processes.
• Provide expertise across incident response, vulnerability management, monitoring and managed security services.
• Coordinate cross‑functional, geographically distributed teams across EY GDS, local practices and client sites.
• Identify risks early, propose mitigations and support issue resolution.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, proposal development and estimation activities.

Required profile

• Proven project‑management experience in technology or cybersecurity programmes.
• Strong understanding of SOC operating models and services.
• Experience in client‑facing roles managing senior stakeholders.
• Financial and commercial acumen related to project delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively across cultures and geographies.
