Data Analyst – Power BI & Apptio CFDL Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Data Analyst to design, develop, and maintain data models and Power BI dashboards using Apptio Cost & Financial Data Lake (CFDL). The role bridges Aftersales business stakeholders, Finance, and IT/Data teams to deliver high‑quality, actionable insights that drive performance, cost transparency, and financial steering.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards sourced from Apptio CFDL.
• Build and optimise data models (facts, dimensions, measures) aligned with Aftersales KPIs.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reconciliation with financial and operational sources.
• Perform ad‑hoc analyses to support decision‑making in Aftersales and Finance.
• Translate Aftersales business needs into analytical requirements and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Finance to align reporting with controlling and cost allocation logic.
• Act as subject‑matter expert for Apptio CFDL data structures and coordinate with IT/Data Platform teams.
• Present insights clearly to non‑technical audiences and support Power BI adoption.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams (Aftersales, Finance, IT).
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and structured working style.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish or German is a plus.

Required skills

• Power BI (data modelling, DAX, performance optimisation).
• Solid understanding of Apptio / TBM concepts, preferably CFDL.
• Good knowledge of SQL and data analysis concepts.
• Experience with financial and cost data.
• Understanding of data quality, controls, and reconciliation processes.
