Data Analyst - Product Analytics & Visualization

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Data Analyst to own product analytics and visualization within a fast‑growing scale‑up. Based in Barcelona, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and data insights, turning complex data into actionable strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Build, manage and optimise reporting systems using modern BI tools such as Qlik and Looker.
• Leverage product analytics platforms (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Pendo, Google Analytics) to track user journeys and influence product decisions.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Operations and Product teams to define KPIs and data pipelines.
• Help establish a unified “single source of truth” through data modelling.
• Stay up‑to‑date with cutting‑edge tech and support AI/ML integration projects.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of hands‑on data analysis experience, preferably in SaaS, Fintech, Payroll or a scale‑up environment.
• Strong communication skills in English, with confidence presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
• Team‑player mindset, curiosity and problem‑solving attitude in a fast‑paced setting.
