Data Analytics & AI Internship – XPLORER 2027

About the role

Airbus is offering a six‑month curricular practicum for final‑year engineering students. The internship runs from February to July 2027 on a part‑time basis (5 hours per day). You will work on a final‑year project (TFG) linked to one of Airbus’ strategic initiatives such as Industry 4.0, Smart Tools, Machine Learning, Data Analysis or Digital Twins.

Key responsibilities

• Define and develop a final‑year project that aligns with the selected initiative.
• Collaborate with a dedicated tutor and multidisciplinary teams to deliver project milestones.
• Analyse data, build machine‑learning models or create digital‑twin simulations as required by the project scope.

Required profile

• Enrolled in the last year of an Engineering or IT degree.
• English proficiency at least B2 (C1 desirable).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
