DevOps Engineer – CI/CD (Barcelona, Madrid, Zaragoza, Alicante)

About the role

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure for our Conversational AI platform. The role will work closely with backend, architecture, and AI teams to ensure high availability, scalability, and security across multiple Spanish locations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and Jenkins.
• Integrate Git repositories, configure branching strategies, pull‑request policies, and automate code reviews.
• Manage releases and deployments across development, staging, and production environments.
• Create and maintain Terraform scripts and Helm charts for Azure and GCP infrastructure.
• Optimize Docker images, manage private registries (ACR, GCR), and handle Kubernetes releases, rollbacks, and dependencies.
• Document architectures, technical decisions, and operational runbooks.
• Participate in on‑call rotation and incident management for production systems.

Required profile

• Strong experience with Azure DevOps (pipelines, boards, repos, artefacts) and Git.
• Proficiency in Terraform, Helm, and Kubernetes (preferably AKS).
• Hands‑on experience with Docker image creation and optimization.
• Solid background in Azure cloud services; knowledge of GCP is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese; advanced Spanish is desirable.
