DevOps Engineer – Cloud Infrastructure (Barcelona)

About the role

Amaris Consulting is looking for a DevOps Engineer to join its international team in Barcelona. You will design, build and automate enterprise‑grade cloud infrastructure for global clients, working in an agile, innovation‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and implement scalable Azure (or AWS) cloud solutions supporting critical business applications.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Bicep and ARM templates for consistent, automated deployments.
• Create, optimise and manage CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid, reliable software delivery.
• Apply cloud security best practices, ensure compliance with industry standards, and implement monitoring and alerting.
• Troubleshoot performance issues, optimise system resources and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with development, security and stakeholder teams to deliver robust solutions.
• Evaluate new services and automation tools to enhance operational efficiency.
• Document technical designs, processes and knowledge for the team.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience designing and managing scalable cloud infrastructure in enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in Azure or AWS services and architecture.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish for international collaboration.
• Based in Barcelona or able to work in a hybrid model.
