Digital Designer

About the role

Qoria is seeking a Digital Designer to join its Marketing Design Team. You will shape how millions of families experience the Qustodio brand by creating engaging digital assets that support child online safety initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑quality digital assets for websites, landing pages, email campaigns, CRM journeys, social media, paid ads and brand communications.
• Translate brand strategy and commercial priorities into user‑centred, responsive designs for desktop and mobile.
• Work within and contribute to Qustodio’s design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Present design decisions clearly, linking creative choices to user and business goals.
• Validate that all deliverables meet brand, accessibility and quality standards before implementation.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, UX, Content and Development teams, taking ownership of projects from concept to delivery.
• Help evolve brand guidelines and design processes.

Required profile

• Strong visual design skills with a passion for creating engaging digital experiences.
• Curiosity about digital best practices and a willingness to bring fresh ideas.
• Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated and able to work independently as well as within a small design team.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design rationale to cross‑functional stakeholders.
