Digital Designer – Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Designer to join our Marketing Design Team. The role blends creative visual design with problem‑solving to produce high‑impact assets that strengthen the Qustodio brand and help families navigate digital safety.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce digital assets for websites, landing pages, email and CRM journeys, social media, paid campaigns and brand communications.
• Create responsive experiences for desktop and mobile environments.
• Work within and contribute to Qustodio’s design system, ensuring consistency and scalability.
• Present design decisions and connect creative choices to user and business goals.
• Ensure all deliverables meet brand, accessibility and quality standards before implementation.

Required profile

• Strong visual design skills with a passion for brand‑focused assets.
• Curiosity about digital best practices and ability to bring fresh ideas.
• Detail‑oriented mindset and willingness to take ownership of work.
• Ability to collaborate with Marketing, Product, UX, Content and Development teams.

Required skills

• Experience designing for web and mobile platforms.
• Familiarity with design systems and responsive design principles.
• Ability to create high‑quality, accessible digital designs.
