Digital Marketing Manager – Drive Growth for Open-Source Smart Home Platform

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to own Nabu Casa’s online presence and drive growth for the world’s largest open-source smart-home platform. You will plan, execute and optimise campaigns across multiple channels while ensuring every euro spent reaches the right audience. This hands-on role works closely with the Product Marketing Manager but you will set the agenda yourself.

Key responsibilities

• Own performance of digital channels – website, email, SEO, paid media and social – with clear targets for reach, conversion and subscriber growth.
• Plan and run end-to-end digital campaigns aligned with product launches and commercial priorities.
• Develop and improve organic search through content strategy and on-site SEO.
• Manage email marketing for Cloud subscribers, including lifecycle flows, release announcements and re-engagement programmes.
• Control paid-media budget, allocate spend across channels and optimise ROI.
• Report weekly on performance and recommend next priorities.
• Grow community presence on forums, Reddit, YouTube and related open-source spaces.
• Experiment with growth levers such as affiliate, referral and influencer programmes.

Required profile

• Hands-on experience running digital channels with ownership of performance metrics.
• Strong analytical mindset – able to build dashboards, interpret funnel data and act without a dedicated data team.
• Excellent copywriting for a technically literate audience.
• High autonomy and ability to set priorities independently.
