Digital Operation Solution ME Business Analyst

About the role

As part of Airbus Defence and Space’s Digital division, the Business Analyst will support the definition, development and deployment of Maintenance and Fleet Management systems, ensuring successful entry into service and ongoing customer support.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage systems for entry into service and support customers during the transition.
• Participate in 2nd and 3rd level support, providing assistance to ensure correct system usage.
• Contribute to new releases and projects by defining requirements, performing functional analysis, preparing documentation, delivering training, and testing operational procedures.
• Define integrated solutions, anticipate potential problems through testing, analyze customer queries, assess severity, and propose cost‑saving ideas.
• Manage digital projects end‑to‑end, including scoping, documentation, risk and budget planning, user testing, and reporting.

Required profile

• Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in manufacturing, engineering or similar environments.
• Advanced level of English.
• High adaptability and ability to work in a networking mode.

Required skills

• Programming in C#.
• Advanced level of CATIA.
