Digital Sales Enablement Manager, Northern Western Europe

About the role

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is hiring a Digital Sales Enablement Manager for Northern Western Europe, based in Barcelona. The role is designed as onsite, with the expectation that you will primarily work from an HPE office. You will enable the Digital Sales Community to improve productivity, sales effectiveness and customer acquisition through enablement, AI adoption, strategic partnerships and continuous skills development.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver enablement activities for the Digital Sales Community, working with stakeholders across regions, business units and alliance partners
• Track participation and completion rates, report regularly and maintain a centralised enablement calendar
• Manage alliance partner engagement for campaigns, incentives, training and joint enablement
• Drive adoption of sales tools (Installed Base, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, RingDAS) and complete FY26 Compute and Hybrid Cloud certifications by December
• Help secure alliance partner funding for recurring campaigns and events such as the Sales Cup
• Deliver training on compute and storage solutions, services attach, alliance partner technologies, digital sales tools and sales methodologies
• Promote AI-powered learning and coaching solutions (Bongo, Sales Coach, DataMonsters, Yoodli) and prompt engineering workshops
• Support the hunting community with enablement that strengthens new customer acquisition

Success metrics

• 100% adoption of mandatory tools and completion of certifications by December 31
• Annual quota achievement, healthy pipeline and consistent deal progression
• At least 95% participation and a satisfaction score of at least 4/5 for training and AI adoption
