Digital Sales Team Manager (French Speaking)

About the role

ADP is seeking a dynamic Digital Sales Team Manager who is fluent in French to lead and grow its outbound sales team. The role combines leadership, coaching, and hands‑on selling to drive revenue and expand client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and coach a sales team, improving cold‑calling strategies and guiding representatives to uncover client needs and recommend appropriate ADP solutions.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets, driving overall business growth.
• Cross‑sell ADP’s portfolio of products and services to existing accounts, highlighting new offerings.
• Collaborate daily with internal and external stakeholders to maintain strong customer relationships.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of proven experience managing a sales team.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or surpass monthly and yearly sales quotas.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Fluent in French and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
