Digital Site Reliability Engineer

About the role

The Digital Site Reliability Engineer ensures the availability, stability and operational performance of Radisson's brand web and mobile applications. Working within the Site Reliability Engineering team, the role covers technical operations, proactive monitoring, incident response, root cause analysis, stakeholder communication and support process optimisation, in close collaboration with Observability and DevOps specialists, internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the health, performance and availability of digital platforms and business-critical customer journeys.
• Investigate recurring issues and service degradations using Observability platforms, and proactively detect problems before they affect customers.
• Troubleshoot application outages and degraded performance, and carry out root cause analysis with development teams.
• Maintain operational runbooks, knowledge base articles and support documentation.
• Improve operational visibility through dashboards, alerts, reporting and service health indicators, and drive better monitoring coverage and alert quality.

Required profile

• 2-3 years of experience in application support, site reliability or service operations.
• Strong experience managing and troubleshooting complex L2/L3 incidents.
• Proven ability to investigate service degradation, performance issues and availability incidents.
• Hands-on experience with Observability and monitoring tools (e.g. Dynatrace, Grafana, New Relic).
• Exposure to cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Desirable: understanding of modern web apps, APIs, microservices and distributed systems; familiarity with distributed tracing, synthetic and digital experience monitoring; knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps or Agile; strong communication with technical and business stakeholders; hospitality industry experience; experience in multidisciplinary, multicultural and geographically distributed teams.
