Director, Global Talent Acquisition and Management

About the role

We are seeking a strategic leader to head global talent acquisition and talent management for a mission‑driven organization operating worldwide. Reporting to executive leadership, the Director will shape people strategies that attract, develop, engage and retain top talent across multiple regions, while working in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a global talent acquisition strategy aligned with organisational values and growth objectives.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes for all levels, including executive positions, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Define recruitment roles, best practices and provide training to hiring managers and HR teams.
• Enhance employer branding through digital platforms and social media to attract diverse talent.
• Support workforce planning, forecasting hiring needs and creating annual hiring roadmaps.
• Collaborate on compensation structures, benefits benchmarking, succession planning and high‑potential programs.
• Evaluate and improve performance management frameworks and learning & development initiatives.
• Develop HR analytics dashboards and drive data‑informed decision‑making.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and change‑management for new talent programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Extensive experience in global talent acquisition and talent management, preferably at a senior leadership level.
• Proven ability to partner with C‑suite executives and influence organisational strategy.
• Strong track record of building high‑performing, inclusive teams in a remote setting.
