Director/a Veterinario/a – hasta 35K – Oviedo

About the role

The clinic in Oviedo (Asturias) seeks a Director Veterinarian to lead a small‑animal practice. You will oversee a team of three veterinarians and two veterinary technicians, ensuring high‑quality clinical care and continuous professional development.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily clinical consultations, diagnosis and treatment of small‑animal patients.
• Focus on preventive medicine and client education.
• Perform soft‑tissue surgeries.
• Manage and coordinate the veterinary team, including workflow organization.
• Support the overall direction of the centre and contribute to business analysis.

Required profile

• Degree in Veterinary Medicine, licensed and registered in Spain.
• Minimum 4 years of demonstrable clinical experience.
• Proven experience in soft‑tissue surgery.
• Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational, leadership and teamwork abilities.
• Interest in professional development and clinical management.
