Dutch Customer Service Representative – Barcelona

About the role

We are seeking a Dutch‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Barcelona office. You will be the first point of contact for Dutch‑language customers in the audio equipment sector, delivering professional support via phone, email and chat.

Key responsibilities

• Provide courteous and efficient assistance to customers through multiple channels.
• Identify, propose and implement tailored solutions to resolve inquiries.
• Collaborate with teammates to suggest and apply process improvements.
• Use advanced technology and AI tools to streamline issue resolution.
• Handle payment‑related questions across various online platforms.
• Escalate complex cases to senior management when necessary.

Required profile

• Native‑level Dutch with strong English communication skills.
• At least one year of experience in a customer‑service or call‑center environment.
• Technical familiarity with audio equipment and related IT systems.
• Proactive problem‑solver with an innovative mindset.
• Fast, accurate typing abilities.
