Dutch Customer Support - Inside Sales

About the role

Cross Border Talents is looking for an Inside Sales Representative in its Malaga team. You will support a list of clients and partners with a consultative approach to account management, help drive sustained growth on each account and work toward sales quotas.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert assistance to clients and partners using a consultative approach to account management
• Create the business environment for sustained growth on the account and develop and maintain relationships so that strategy, plans and competitor activity stay visible
• Research new sales opportunities within the existing portfolio of accounts
• Prepare commercial and technical service proposals
• Focus on driving profitability through proactive management
• Execute and achieve sales quota and targets
• Track, manage and report ongoing activity relative to the sales pipeline
• Respond to and resolve incoming customer or partner calls in a timely way

Required profile

• Native or proficient in the required language with advanced English
• Solid sales background and previous experience in B2B sales
• Previous experience working with channels
• Strong communication skills
• Achievement and goal oriented, motivated and self-starter
• Dynamic and energetic
