Dutch-Speaking Inside Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking a Dutch‑speaking Inside Sales Representative to join a premium automotive brand’s customer experience team. You will engage high‑end prospects, guide them through product information, and support the sales process from initial contact to offer delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct follow‑up calls with prospects who have shown interest in premium automotive products.
• Deliver exceptional service while reinforcing brand value and handling pricing or preference inquiries.
• Maintain brand standards in all customer interactions and ensure consistency across follow‑up and offer‑related calls.
• Collect and summarize insights for retail teams and document each interaction.
• Educate customers on the brand’s premium offerings and propose tailored solutions.

Required profile

• Bilingual proficiency in Dutch and English.
• High school diploma; background in business, communications or automotive studies is a plus.
• Experience in customer service or sales, preferably in automotive or luxury sectors.
• Strong communication skills with executive‑level clientele.
• Professional approach to discussing pricing and offers.
