Dutch‑Speaking Onboarding Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Dutch‑speaking Onboarding Account Manager to join our Barcelona office. You will work closely with high‑potential businesses, guiding them through digital marketing adoption and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard a portfolio of new clients and act as a trusted advisor.
• Develop and optimise high‑performing PPC campaigns.
• Make outbound calls to promote and sell digital‑marketing services.
• Identify client objectives and present tailored solutions.
• Drive upselling opportunities and increase campaign spend.
• Maintain accurate customer data in the CRM system.
• Manage a high volume of prospects through daily phone outreach.

Required profile

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience; advanced studies in Marketing or Communications a plus.
• C2 level Dutch and C1 level English; additional Nordic languages are an advantage.
• Minimum 20 months experience in sales or marketing, preferably client‑facing.
• Ability to work independently and meet goals with limited supervision.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
