EMEA Business Controller – Finance Partner

About the role

The EMEA Business Controller will act as a key finance partner for subsidiaries across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Working closely with the EMEA Finance team, you will help shape business plans, ensure accurate reporting and support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly P&L statements and ensure timely, accurate reporting.
• Distribute monthly profitability analyses to business partners, highlighting variances against budget and prior year.
• Lead the rolling forecast process and collaborate on investment budget management.
• Ensure compliance with Group Internal Control Policies and coordinate with external auditors.
• Monitor financial risks and opportunities, providing actionable insights to management.
• Execute ad‑hoc financial projects, reporting and analysis as required.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in commercial or retail finance, preferably in the luxury/beauty sector.
• University degree in Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; French is a plus.
• Strong analytical, synthesis and problem‑solving abilities.
• Highly autonomous, rigorous and proactive with a service‑orientation mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft tools.
• Experience using Digital Business KPIs.
• Working knowledge of SAP.
