Engagement Operations Specialist

About the role

Join Preply’s Supply Engagement team to shape tutor‑facing programs at scale. You will own the operational delivery of webinars, conferences, community contests and LMS migration, ensuring tutors stay motivated and supported.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute tutor‑centric events such as the annual conference, webinars and community contests, handling speaker sourcing, logistics and performance tracking.
• Drive new engagement initiatives from concept through launch, coordinating cross‑functional teams and external partners.
• Support the Academy’s LMS migration by reviewing content, coordinating the shift and building AI‑driven workflows to accelerate the process.
• Run focus groups, light research and data analysis to surface tutor insights and improve product, programs and policies.
• Establish reporting cadence to measure program impact and tutor sentiment.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience planning and delivering large‑scale events or programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Proven ability to execute detailed plans precisely and to take full ownership of undefined projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills without formal authority.
• Analytical mindset: comfortable extracting insights from research and using data to evaluate program success.
• Excellent written and spoken communication with a keen sense of tone.

Required skills

• Familiarity with learning management systems such as Docebo, 360Learning or Thinkific.
• Ability to design and implement AI‑based workflows that automate repetitive tasks.
