Engineering Specialist - La Cartuja (m/f/d)

About the role

Join BSH Electrodomésticos, a leading home appliance manufacturer, as an Engineering Specialist at the La Cartuja factory in Zaragoza. You will work within a dynamic engineering team to define, maintain, and evolve technical standards and equipment for production processes.

Key responsibilities

• Define, maintain and develop standards for technical processes and MAE equipment within the Production Architecture/Network.
• Drive pre‑series and first‑series stages, setting up processes and final part conditions until approval and ramp‑up.
• Maintain productive capacity and quality through equipment, tool, maintenance, safety and environmental programmes.
• Scout, verify and develop innovative solutions, improving competitiveness, cost efficiency and service advantages.

Required profile

• Technical or Engineering university degree.
• Advanced level of English.
• Experience with sub‑assembly and automation processes based on Industry 4.0 and smart technologies.
