Enterprise Sales Engineer – Spain

About the role

We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Engineer to drive technical go‑to‑market activities for our AI Agent platform in Spain. You will work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to showcase solutions and support enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and demo Sierra’s AI Agent product, providing technical solutions and answering customer questions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Agent Engineering teams to drive GTM initiatives and improve the product based on customer feedback.
• Lead early conversations with prospects, understand and anticipate their needs, and guide them through the sales process.

Required profile

• 5‑7+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or customer‑facing technical sales.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience building demos, presenting to executives, and managing enterprise sales cycles.
• Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Computer Science or related field).
