Entry-Level Consultant - Portuguese Speaker (m/f/d) - Madrid

About the role

Oliver Wyman, a global management consulting firm, is hiring an entry-level consultant in Madrid who speaks Portuguese and English fluently. You will join a project team and work alongside colleagues of all levels and clients worldwide to solve complex problems and drive meaningful change.

Key responsibilities

• Help teams understand client challenges by conducting research, gathering data, running surveys and interviews, and turning information into clear insights.
• Analyze problems, identify patterns, test hypotheses and help structure recommendations that support client decision-making.
• Contribute to client-ready deliverables such as presentations, analysis, workshops and discussions.
• Build core consulting skills, including structuring work, communicating clearly, contributing to team problem-solving and managing priorities.
• Work across industries and capabilities, with the option to specialize early or explore different areas first.
• Likely travel within the home market and internationally.

Required profile

• Bachelor's (and Master's) degree only.
• Initiative, intuition and creativity, with a strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
• No specific academic major or industry experience required; diversity of experience and extracurricular activities are valued.
• Portuguese and English (native or fluent).
