About the role
This position provides high‑level executive assistance to two Vice Presidents overseeing Customer Service & Planning and Digital Transformation & Productivity. The role demands strong multitasking, prioritisation and the ability to work under tight deadlines in a dynamic, international environment.
Key responsibilities
- Arrange and book frequent travel, including airport transfers and hotel accommodations for two VPs.
- Maintain and update the VPs’ daily schedules, coordinate meetings and ensure timely handling of meeting requests.
- Support the planning and organisation of Customer Service & Planning team events.
- Process invoices, expenses, holiday requests and purchase orders in the appropriate systems, ensuring accuracy and timely approval.
- Collaborate with Executive Assistants across multiple countries to ensure consistent support.
Required profile
- Significant experience in an executive‑level administrative role with strong project‑management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, organisational and time‑management skills, with a proactive and confidential approach.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
- Flexibility, cultural awareness and experience in a global organisation are advantageous.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- General competence with the MS Office suite.
