Executive Assistant – Private Equity Office, Valencia

About the role

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support a growing team of executives at a new private‑equity office in Valencia, Spain. The role is ideal for professionals from financial services, banking or consulting who want to relocate to a vibrant, English‑speaking environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage diaries, email inboxes and incoming calls, ensuring timely action.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, welcome guests and handle travel arrangements.
• Provide administrative support for onboarding, induction and expense processing.
• Prepare invoices, manage expense reports and assist with invoicing.
• Organise complex international travel itineraries.
• Cover for other Executive Assistants during holidays and handle ad‑hoc projects such as post, printing, binding and archiving.

Required profile

• Background in professional services (private equity, finance, law firms, consulting).
• Team player with a proactive, “can‑do” attitude.
• Professional level English; Spanish preferred, German a plus.
• Strong organisational, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage urgent tasks.
• Legal right to work in Spain.
